• Have any business owners inquired about or otherwise expressed interest in applying for a parklet?
No, not at this time.
• It appears not from the staff report but just want to confirm, will we be discussing any specific businesses current outdoor dining setups and potential conformity/nonconformity to the proposed new guidelines?
Staff will be presenting information in the presentation about the impact on several businesses with outdoor dining established during the pandemic.

Item 8a Cannabis Regulations
• I asked the City Manager for a green-lined map showing just the areas where cannabis businesses would be allowed. Ideally one showing current and another showing proposed. I don’t see these in the packet so am assuming they are being finalized and will be part of the staff presentation?
Parcels available for cannabis retailers (parcels outside of all buffers) o Existing regulations – nearly 275 parcels
o Suggested regulations – nearly 200 parcels
A map is provided here as well as in tonight’s presentation. Paper copies will be available for City Council and meeting attendees.
