SAN BRUNO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
February 14, 2023
5:30 p.m.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Technical issues prevented this meeting from being called to order at 5:30 p.m.
The meeting was called to order at 6:27 p.m.

Councilmembers Alvarez, Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Hamilton and Mayor R. Medina were all present.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA
No members of the public wished to address the City Council during Public Comment:
4. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
a. Appoint an Ad Hoc Committee of the City Council to Interview Executive Recruiters or Direct Staff to Select.
City Manager Grogan presented the item to the City Council and answered questions .
M/S Hamilton/Salazar to approve Option #2 as presented, directing staff to interview, select and enter into contract with a recruiting firm.
5. STUDY SESSION
a. Receive a Presentation on Preliminary Water and Sewer Rate Study Findings.
Alex Handlers with Bartle & Wells of Berkeley gave a presentation of the item to the City Council and answered questions.
Public Works Director Lee gave a presentation to the City Council and answered questions .
City Manager Grogan answered questions .
No members of the public wished to address the City Council on this item.
M/S Mayor R. Medina/Hamilton to adjourn this meeting until the conclusion of tonight's regular meeting . The motion passed unanimously .
6. ADJOURNMENT
This meeting recessed at 7: 13 p. m. and reconvened at the conclusion of tonight's regular meeting at 9:43 p.m. The next Regular City Council Meeting will be on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. This closed session adjourned at 10:04 p.m.
