The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.

Councilmembers Alvarez, Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Hamilton and Mayor R. Medina were all present.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA
No members of the public wished to address the City Council during Public Comment.
4. STUDY SESSION
a. Hold Study Session and Provide Direction Regarding the 2023 Water and Sewer Rate Study Findings and Rate Recommendations .
City Manager Grogan gave a brief overview of the item and answered questions.
Public Works Director Lee presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
Consultant Alex Handlers with Bartle & Wells of Berekley presented the item to the City Council and answered questions .
No members of the public wished to address the City Council on this item.
All Concurred to direct staff to bring back a proposed resolution to include the recommendations as presented tonight.
5. ADJOURNMENT
This meeting adjourned at 6:38 p.m. The next Regular City Council Meeting will be on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
