The meeting was called to order at 8:05 am.

Councilmembers Alvarez, M. Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Hamilton and Mayor R. Medina were all present.

No members of the public wished to address the City Council under Public Comment.
4. STUDY SESSION
a. City Council's Strategic Initiatives and Organizational Priorities Retreat City Manager Jovan Grogan introduced the item.
