The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm.

a. Consider Adoption of a Resolution to Authorize the City Manager to Negotiate and Enter Into an Agreement With OpenGov for Procurement Software , Along With Related Business Process and Implementation Services, and Support Services, for a Total Amount Not to Exceed $100,000
City Manager Grogan gave a brief overview of the item and introduced part time IT Special Assistant Jeffrey Gershaneck and Interim Finance Director Bobby Magee City Council - Special Meeting Minutes
March 28, 2023
IT Special Assistant Gershaneck and Interim Finance Director Magee presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
No members of the public wished to speak on this item.
M/S Hamilton/M. Medina to adopt the resolution. The motion passed unanimously.

This meeting adjourned at 6:57 p.m. to the next Regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
