1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Alvarez, M. Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Hamilton, and Mayor R. Medina were all present.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA
No members of the public wished to speak under Public Comment.
4. STUDY SESSION
a. Hold Study Session and Receive the City Manager's Proposed Operating and Capital Improvement Program (GIP) Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-24 Interim City Manager Alex D. McIntyre gave a brief overview of the item, introduced Assistant City Manager Darcy Smith and Public Works Director Matthew Lee and answered questions.
Assistant City Manager Darcy Smith, Public Works Director Matthew Lee, Interim Community Services Director Damian Sandholm, and Facilities & Garage Manager Ross Shkuratov presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
The City Council Meeting Recessed at 7:07 p.m. and reconvened at 7:12 p.m.
Police Chief Ryan Johansen presented the item to the City Council and answered questions No members of the public wished to speak on this item.
No reportable action was taken.
5. ADJOURNMENT
This meeting adjourned at 7:42 p.m. to the next Regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday , June 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
