1 . CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:31 p.m.
2 . ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Alvarez, M. Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Hamilton, and Mayor R.
Medina were all present
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA
Member of the public Malcolm Robinson - urged San Bruno to be prepared for any and all emergencies.
4. STUDY SESSION
a. Conduct a Study Session and Discuss City Council's Strategic Initiative on Good Governance of the City's Commissions, Boards & Committees City Clerk Lupita Huerta presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
City Manager Alex Mclntyre answered questions.
Member of the Public Janet Lutus - spoke about the Emergency Preparedness Committee and Crime Prevention Committee.
Member of the Public Rich - asked if there would continue to be a liaison with the Police Department such as with Crime Prevention Committee.
Community Development Director Peter Gilli answered questions.
No action taken, item will be brought back to the City Council at a future meeting.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:36 p.m. The next Regular City Council Meeting Will be Held on August 22, 2023 at 7:00 p.m
