SAN BRUNO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
October 24, 2023

1 . CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm
2 . ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Alvarez, M. Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Hamilton and Mayor R.
Medina were all present.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA
No members of the public wished to speak under this item.
4. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
a. Review and Provide Direction on Crestmoor Multi-Use Fields Draft Master Plan Vice Mayor Hamilton recused himself due to location of his home causing a conflict of interest.
Community Services Director Travis Karlen and Consultant Brian Fletcher presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
Member of the Public Mazen Musallam - spoke in support of making this a multi-sport complex primarily focusing on the soccer community.
Member of the Public Joe Meyer - spoke about footprint of the plan and square footage for the facility.
City Attorney Trisha Ortiz answered questions.
City Manager Alex D. Mclntyre answered questions.
Assistant City Manager Darcy Smith answered questions.
No action taken, item will be brought back to the City Council at a future meeting.
5. ADJOURNMENT
This meeting adjourned at 6:18 pm. The next Regular City Council Meeting will be held on October 24, 2023 at 7:00 pm.
