The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm

Councilmembers Alvarez, M. Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Hamilton and Mayor R. Medina were all present.

4. STUDY SESSION
a. Receive a Presentation on Fund Balances and General Fund Reserves as of June 30, 2023 Chief financial Officer Nick Pegueros presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
No members of the public wished to speak under this item City Manager Alex D. Mclntyre answered questions.
No reportable action was taken.
b. Conduct a Study Session to Receive an Update and Provide Feedback on the Regulated Output Streetlight Replacement Project
Public Works Director Matthew Lee presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.

Direction given to move forward with Option 2a.

The meeting adjourned at 6:39 pm. The next Regular City Council Meeting will be held on November 14, 2023 at 7:00 pm.
