Dear San Bruno City Council:

We support all efforts to improve downtown San Bruno.

We urge all of you to approve funding for the Centennial Plaza Project.

We especially want Michael Salazar who represents our district to vote to go forward.

Thank you.

I am sick and unable to attend the city council meeting.

I am in support of creating a town square. There is a dearth of community spaces in this city, especially in our downtown. I support this use of space as one positive step towards revitalization of the area. Places for arts, public meetings, community events, or lounging about have always been critical infrastructure in vibrant towns and cities. One might argue that the city park community center is enough. I argue the opposite - we cannot have too many shared public spaces!

Hello,
Please read the comment below aloud as public comment tonight. Please make sure it is anonymous as well, and that my email address is not disclosed.

Dear council members,
On behalf of a group of concerned and fearful families in San Bruno, we want to thank you for your strength
and courage in continuing to support neutrality and understanding during this difficult time. Calling for a ceasefire is a divisive issue that only causes further polarization, and hate in our community. Focusing on the many challenges and opportunities to make San Bruno the best place to live in the Peninsula should be our focus.

Thank you for what you do for our community, and the time you and your families have devoted to focusing on San Bruno. Thank you for your bravery.
