Other Minor Amendments and Finding such Actions Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act with the Following change which is to amend Section 59 of the Ordinance by amending Section 12.84.030 regarding Temporary Uses in the Municipal Code paragraph D to eliminate the last sentence of paragraph D and Adoption of a Resolution Rescinding Resolution No. 1995-29 and Resolution No. 2022-20. Motion passed 4-0, Vice Mayor Salazar absent
8. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
a. Receive Annual Military Equipment Use Report, Review the Military Equipment Use Ordinance, and Adopt a Resolution Renewing the Military Equipment Use Ordinance Number 1909
