The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm

Councilmembers Hamilton, M. Medina, Vice Mayor Salazar and Mayor R. Medina were all present, and Councilmember Alvarez was absent on an excused absence
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: (one case)
