1 . CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:33 pm.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Alvarez, Hamilton, M. Medina, Vice Mayor Salazar, and Mayor R.
Medina were all present.
Commissioners Harmen, Kuhn, Lethin, Madden, and Vice Chair Biasotti were all present; Commissioner Johnson and Chair Durazo were absent.
3. STUDY SESSION
a. Conduct a Joint City Council/Planning Commission Study Session on a Five-Year Long- Range Planning Strategy
Community Development Director Peter Gilli presented the item to the City Council and Planning Commission and answered questions.
No members of the public wished to speak on this item.
No reportable action was taken.
b. Conduct a Joint City Council/Planning Commission Study Session on the Metropolitan Transportation Commission Transit-Oriented Communities Policy Community Development Director Peter Gilli presented the item to the City Council and Planning Commission and answered questions.
Public Works Director Matt Lee answered questions.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:54 p.m. to the next Regular City Council Meeting on July 23, 2024 at 7:00 pm.
