1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm.
2. ROLL CALL
3. Councilmembers Alvarez, Hamilton, M. Medina, Vice Mayor Salazar and Mayor R. Medina were all present.
4. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
a. Consider Adoption of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Approving a Written Argument in Favor of a City Measure that Authorizes the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds to Finance Municipal Improvements and Authorizing the City Council to File Such Written Argument Councilmember Hamilton and Vice Mayor Salazar presented the draff Argument in Favor of Measure to the City Council.
No members of the public wished to speak on this item.
City Council Members and City Manager Alex Mclntyre, City Attorney Trisha Ortiz and Chief Financial Officer Nick Pegueros discussed the sentence referencing Measure G.
City Manager Alex Mclntyre, Chief Financial Officer Nick Pegueros, City Attorney Trisha Ortiz and City Clerk Lupita Huerta answered questions.
City Attorney Trisha Ortiz read the title of the item.
M/S Salazar/M. Medina to adopt the resolution as read by the City Attorney. The motion passed unanimously.

This meeting adjourned at 5:22 pm to the next Regular City Council Meeting on August 27, 2024 at 7:00 pm.
