1 . CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Alvarez, Hamilton, M. Medina, Vice Mayor Salazar and Mayor R.
Medina were all present.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION (Paragraph (1) oT subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9) Name of case: Beverly Payton vs. City of San Bruno, Jose and Maria Montes, Case No. 22-CIV-00668
b. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
Agency designated representatives: City Manager
Employee organizations: Teamsters Local 856, IBT Miscellaneous; Teamsters Local 350, IBT Mid-Management; and San Bruno Management Employees Association No members of the public wished to speak on these items.
No reportable actions were taken.
4. STUDY SESSION
a. Review and Provide Direction on the Crestmoor Multi-Use Field Councilmember Hamilton recused himself from the item due to the proximity of his home from the subject location causing a conflict of interest.
Assistant City Manager Darcy Smith presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
