1 . CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Alvarez, Hamilton, M. Medina, Vice Mayor Salazar and Mayor R.
Medina were all present.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor R. Medina led the pledge.

Proclamation Recognizing the Month of September 2024 as Suicide Prevention Month Star Vista Crisis Center Director Taylor Coutts accepted the proclamation. d. Proclamation Recognizing September 15 0ctober 15, 2024 as Hispanic Heritage Month e. Receive Annual Update from the Emergency Preparedness Committee Chair Zidane Mili presented the item to the City Council f. Receive Presentation from the San Bruno Delegation on their trip to Narita, Japan Fire Chief Ari Delay introduced the item and Parkside Teacher Selena Delmasio and students presented the item to the City Council

d. Approve Investment Report Dated July 31, 2024
e. Consider Adoption of an Ordinance Entitled "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Amending the Planned Development (P-D) District Created by Ordinance No. 1087 to Add Multi-family Housing as a Permitted Use on the 11.28 Acre Site at 1178 EI Camino Real, and to Amend the Boundaries of the P-D District Created by Ordinance No. 1087 to Include the 1.40 acre Parcel at 1292 Huntington Avenue with Multi-family Housing as a Permitted Use" f. Consider Adoption of an Ordinance Entitled "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Amending the Zoning Map to Change the Zoning Designation of
1.40 acres at 1292 Huntington Avenue from the Medium Density Mixed-Use (TOD-I) District to the Planned Development (P-D) District, and O.57 acres at 1151 El Camino Real from Neighborhood Commercial (C-N) District to High Density Mixed- Use (TOD-2) District"
g. Consider Adoption of an Ordinance Entitled "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Amending Title 12 (Land Use), Article Ill (Zoning) of the Municipal Code to Create Chapter 12.245 - Multi-Family Housing Ministerial Review, and Finding Such Actions Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act" h. Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Nutrition Site Council to Continue the Partnership in Support of Senior Programs Between the San Bruno Senior Center and Nutrition Site Council and Determining the Project is Exempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act
i. Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing an Expenditure Not to Exceed $8,546 to Design, Manufacture, and Install Three Historical Interpretative Panels at Recreation and Aquatic Center

The City Council meeting recessed at 7:43 pm and reconvened at 7:52 pm.
7. PUBLIC HEARING(S)
a. Consider Adoption of a Resolution Amending the User Fee Schedule Related to Housing Element Implementation, and Additional Categories of Minor Planning Application Fees Community Development Director Peter Gilli presented the item to the City Council.

M/S Hamilton/Alvarez to close the public hearing. Motion passed unanimously.
Community Development Director Peter Gilli answered question.
M/S Hamilton/Salazar to adopt the resolution as read by the City Clerk and as amended by the slide described by the Community Development Director. Motion passed unanimously.

The City Council had no committee report outs.
