The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm.

Councilmembers Alvarez, Hamilton, M. Medina, Vice Mayor Salazar and Mayor R.
Medina were all present.
3. STUDY SESSION
a. Receive Paid Parking Program Update and Conduct Study Session to Discuss Potential Adjustments
Police Chief Ryan Johansen and Administrative Services Director & CFO Nick Pegueros presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
