1 . CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Alvarez, Hamilton, Salazar, Vice Mayor M. Medina and Mayor R.
Medina were all present.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9:

No reportable action was taken.
b. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
Agency designated representatives: City Manager
Employee organizations: Teamsters Local 856, IBT Miscellaneous; Teamsters Local 350, IBT MidManagement; and San Bruno Management Employees Association No reportable action was taken.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm to the next Regular City Council Meeting on February 25, 2025 at 7:00 pm.
