1 . CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Alvarez, Hamilton, Salazar, Vice Mayor M. Medina and Mayor R.
Medina were all present.
3. STUDY SESSION
a. Review the Draft FY2025-26 Capital Improvement Program Budget and Provide Direction for Final Adoption on June 24, 2025
Public Works Director Matt Lee introduced the item to the City Council and Assistant to the City Manager Brian Adam, Management Analyst Ana Morales and Principal Civil Engineer Dalia Manaois presented the item to the City Council.
Public Works Director Lee answered questions.
City Manager Alex Mclntyre answered questions.
Public Works Deputy Director - Admin and Engineering Hae Won Ritchie answered questions.

4. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
a. Consider the Formation of an Ad Hoc Subcommittee to Investigate Potential Partnerships and Opportunities to Work with the San Bruno Parks School District to Better Serve the San Bruno Community

Vice Mayor M. Medina presented the item to the City Council.
