4. STUDY SESSION
a. Receive Presentation on Measure Q Spending Plan & Stormwater Program Public Works Deputy Director Hae Won Ritchie and Director of Administrative Services & Chief Financial Officer Nick Pegueros presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
City Manager Alex Mclntyre answered questions.
No members of the public wished to speak under this item.
