1 . CALL TO ORDER
This meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm.
2 . ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Alvarez, Hamilton, Salazar, Vice Mayor M. Medina and Mayor R. Medina were all present.
3. STUDY SESSION
a. Conduct a Study Session to Discuss a Land Use, Housing and Economic Development Initiative and Receive the Transit Corridors Plan Financial Feasibility Assessment Finding Community Development Director Peter Gilli and Economic & Planning Systems Consultants Jason Moody and Kaavya Chhatrapati presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
City Manager Alex D. Mclntyre answered questions.

The meeting adjourned at 6:55 pm to the next Regular City Council Meeting on July 22, 2025 at 7:00 pm.
