This meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm.

Councilmembers Alvarez, Hamilton, Salazar, Vice Mayor M. Medina and Mayor R.
Medina were all present.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of section 54956.9 (one case - Claim No. SB 1503, Claimant: Jill Tucci) No reportable action was taken.
