1 . CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
2 . ROLL CALL
Councilmember Alvarez, Hamilton, Salazar, Vice Mayor M. Medina and Mayor R. Medina were all present.

5 ANNOUNCEMENTS/PRESENT ATIONS
a. Today marks 15 years since the tragic 2010 PG&E pipeline explosion and fire. We pause to honor and remember the lives lost, those who were injured, and all who were forever impacted. Our community remains united in remembrance and resilience. b. Today we honor and remember the lives lost on September 'l 1, 2001. Twenty-four years later, we reflect on the courage of first responders, the resilience of survivors, and the strength of our nation as we carry forward their memory with reverence and respect. c. Receive Update from Comcast
Comcast representatives Alex Youn, David Tashijian, Tracye Mingo, and Marcos Vicente presented the item to the City Council.
d. Receive Presentation on the First Year of Operations at the Recreation and Aquatic Center

Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with Silver Fox Electric Inc. for the City Park Field Light Upgrade Project #51025 in an Amount Not to Exceed $213,582; Approving a Project Contingency of $40,000; and Determining the Project is Exempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act
e. Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Partner Location Agreement with Tivity Health Services, LLC to Offer the Silver Sneakers and Prime Wellness Programs, and Determining the Contract is Exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act

7. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
a. Establish Council Ad Hoc Committee on Downtown Engagement Vice Mayor M. Medina presented the item to the City Council.

Consider Introducing, Reading by Title Only and Waiving Further Reading of an Ordinance Entitled "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Amending Section 2.04.140 of the San Bruno Municipal Code to Increase City Council Member Salaries"
Councilmember Alvarez presented the item to the City Council.

M/S Hamilton/Alvarez to approve item as ready by the Mayor. Motion passed 4-1 with Councilmembers Alvarez, Hamilton, M. Medina and Mayor R. Medina voting yes and Councilmember Salazar voting no.
