1 . CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Hamilton, Salazar, Vice Mayor M. Medina and Mayor R. Medina were all present. Councilmember Alvarez arrived at 6:24 pm.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9:
One Case
The City Council gave approval to join in existing litigation. The action, the defendants, and the other particulars will, once formally commenced, be disclosed to any person upon inquiry.
b. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS

4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:36 pm to the next Regular City Council Meeting on November 12, 2025 at 7:00 pm.
