The meeting was called to order at 2:30 pm.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Hamilton, Salazar, Vice Mayor M. Medina were all present and Mayor R. Medina participated remotely. Councilmember Alvarez was on an excused absence.
3. CLOSED SESSION
