1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Hamilton, M. Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Alvarez and Mayor R. Medina were all present.
3. STUDY SESSION
Receive Preliminary General Fund Forecast and Update on FY26 and Carried Over Council Strategic Initiatives, FY26-Q3
Introduced by City Manager Alex Mcintyre
Director of Administrative Services & CFO Nick Pegueros presented 'Budget Principles and Forecast' to the City Council
Assistant to the City Manager Brian Adam presented 'City Council Initiatives Update' Community Development Director Peter Gilli, Public Works Director Matt Lee, and Administrative Services Director & CFO Nick Pegueros answered questions No members of the public wished to speak under this item No reportable action taken
b. City Council's Annual Strategic Initiatives & Prioritization Retreat City Manager Alex Mcintyre presents 'Prioritization' and presents list of five priority initiatives
