The meeting was called to order at 6:01 pm.

Councilmembers Hamilton, M. Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Alvarez and Mayor R.
Medina were all present.
Commissioners Madden, Johnson, Biasotti, Lethin, Vice Chair Kuhn and Chain Harman were all present.
3. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
a. Conduct a Joint City Council/Planning Commission Study Session to Receive an Update on SB 79
Assistant Community Development Director Kelly Beggs and Assistant Planner Evan Schieber presented the item and answered questions.
