The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm.

4. STUDY SESSION
a. Receive a Presentation and Provide Feedback on Crestmoor Fields and Related Stormwater Treatment Basin
Community Services Director Travis Karlen presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
Public Works Senior Civil Engineer Harry Yip answered questions.
ConsultanUProject Manager Maurice Kaufman of WC3 answered questions.
City Manager Alex Mclntyre made comments in closing.
