1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:02 PM by Mayor Sara McDowell.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Interview and Appoint Two Applicants to the Economic Development Advisory Commission ("EDAC") to Fill Terms Ending June 30, 2023 and June 30,2025; and One Applicant to the Planning Commission to Fill a Term Ending June 30, 2025; and Consider Appointing Alternate Members and Adding Applicants to a Commission's Eligibility List.
RESULT: Appointed [Unanimous] Robert Bollier to serve as an Alternate Member on the Parks, Recreation and Culture Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2025.

Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2025.
