Mayor Rak called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

a. Conference with Labor Negotiators Cue, Maltbie, Mendenhall, Rodriguez and Rubens- (Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6) All Units.
b. Conference with Real Property Negotiators Aronson, Maltbie, Rubens, Savay and Simon - (Closed Session Held Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8) to Discuss Acquisition of Properties Located at 1201 St Francis Way, 1724, 1748, 1752, and 1776 Laurel St, 1800 El Camino Real, and 1131-1133 Eaton Ave, San Carlos (APNs: 051-376-010, 051-376-180, 051- 376-160, 051-376-060, 051-376-170, 051-379-010, 051-379-020, 051-379-030, 051-379-040, 051-379-050, 051-379-060).
Councilmember Dugan recused himself from this item.
