1. CALL TO ORDER
Adam Rak called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Interview and Appoint One Applicant to the Economic Development Advisory Commission ("EDAC") to a Term Ending June 30, 2026; and One Applicant to the Museum of San Carlos History Board to a Term Ending June 30, 2026; and Consider Appointing Alternate Members and Adding Applicants to a Commission's Eligibility List.
Council provided disclosures on their relations between applicants and noted that it would not impact their decision this evening.
At 7:47 PM, Councilmember McDowell recused herself from the interview and appointment of the Museum of San Carlos History Board.
MOTION: Appoint Andrew Klein to serve on the Museum of San Carlos History Board for a full-term expiring June 30, 2026 ; and add Jason “Scott” Odom to the Museum of San Carlos History Board Eligibility List.

At 8:20 pm, Councilmember McDowell returned to the Collaboration Room and participated in the deliberations for the remainder of the meeting.
MOTION: Appoint Karen Molinari to serve on the Economic Development and Advisory Commission for a full-term expiring June 30, 202 6; Appoint Laura Kotee to serve as an Alternate Member on the Economic Development and Advisory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2026; and Add Purnima Renjen to the Economic Development and Advisory Commission Eligibility List.

RESULT: Motion Passed 5 – 0
