Mayor Rak called the meeting to order at 6:45 PM.

None.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. Conference with Labor Negotiators Cue, Maltbie, Mendenhall, Rodriguez and Rubens- (Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6). Management Group, Confidential Group, and the Local 829 American Federation of State, County and Municipal Emplo yees (“AFSCME”).
