1. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Mayor John Dugan called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
He announced that he will be chairing the meeting as Mayor Rak has recused himself from the City Centennial Advisory Committee appointment process.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Consideration of Conducting Interviews of Select Candidates for the City Centennial Advisory Committee and Make Appointments to Serve on the Committee.
MOTION: Appoint Allison Rak to fill the primary business owner/operator seat on the City Centennial Advisory Committee.
MOVER: Pranita Venkatesh
SECONDER: Ronald Collins

NAYS: None.

RESULT: Motion Passed 4 – 0 – 1
MOTION: Appoint Lesley Hoelper to fill the alternate business owner/operator seat on the City Centennial Advisory Committee.

MOTION: Appoint Cris Adair, Twisha Anand, Cori Carpenter, Joe Fi miani, and Linda Garvey, to fill the primary community member/resident seats on the City Centennial Advisory Committee; and appoint Marci Lyzun and Susan Rose to fill the alternate community member/resident seats on the City Centennial Advisory Committee.
