1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Dugan called the meeting to order at 6:40 PM.
City Attorney Greg Rubens announced that the Closed Session item tonight was called based on existing facts and circumstances related to a storm water line at 731 Cordilleras Avenue.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation (Closed Session Pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(D)(2) and (4)) - 1 Case.
