Mayor Dugan called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.

None.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. Conference with Real Property Negotiators Aronson, Maltbie, Rubens, Savay, Sawicki and Simon - (Closed Session Held Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8) to Discuss Lease of Property Located at 1800 El Camino Real (APNs 051-379-010, 051-379-020, and 051-379-030). (Price and Terms)
b. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation (Closed Session Pursuant to Govt.
Code Section 54956.9(D)(2) and (4)) - 1 Case.
Councilmember Venkatesh recused herself from the item due to the property’s close proximity to her home.
