The meeting was called to order at 5:02 PM.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Interview and Appoint Two Applicants to the Planning and Transportation Commission to a Term Ending June 30, 2027 and Consider Appointing Alternate Members and Adding Applicants to a Commissions’ Eligibility List.
Council provided disclosures on their relations between applicants and noted that it would not impact their decision this evening.
At 7:47 PM, Councilmember Collins recused himself from the interview and deliberation of the Museum of San Carlos History Board applicant.
MOTION: Add Russell A. Bertetta to the Museum of San Carlos History Board's Eligibility List.

MOTION: Appoint Twisha Anand and David Talgo to serve on the Planning and Transportation Commission (PTC) for a full -term ending June 30, 2027; and add Summer Bundy to the PTC’s Eligibility List.
