Mayor Dugan called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.

None.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. Conference with Real Property Negotiators Aronson, Maltbie, Rubens, Savay and Simon - (Closed Session Held Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8) to Discuss the Price and Terms Concerning the Property Located at 676 and 680 El Camino Real (APNs 050-133-340 and 050-133-350).
