Mayor McDowell called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. Conference with Real Property Negotiators Haque, Maltbie, Muscolino, Rubens and Savay to Discuss Price and Terms of Payment Concerning the Real Property Located at 676 and 680 El Camino Real, San Carlos, California (APNs 050-133-340 and 050 -133-350) with t he Property Owners (Government Code Section 54956.8).
b. Conference with Real Property Negotiators Haque, Maltbie, Muscolino, Rubens, and Savay to Discuss Price and Terms of Payment Concerning the Real Property Located at 1201 San Carlos Avenue (APN 050-132-220) with the Property Owners (Government Code Section 54956.8).
c. Conference with Legal Counsel Anticipated Litigation (Closed Session Pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(D)(2)-(5) - 2 Cases
