1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor McDowell called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation: Workers Compensation Case WCAB ADJ16999949 (Closed Session Held Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(A)).
b. Conference with Real Property Negotiators Maltbie, Rubens and Savay to Discuss Existing Lease for the Property Located at 1144 El Camino Real (APN 051-344-430) (Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8).
4. REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Greg Rubens reported that the Council provided direction to our attorneys for the existing litigation and for the second item involving real estate negotiations at 1144 El Camino Real, Council gave direction but took no action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
