3. STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS
Mayor McDowell delivered the State of the City Address, “Celebrating Our Past and Embracing Our Future,” commemorating the City’s 100-year history and highlighting key projects shaping the future, with contributions from Vice Mayor Venkatesh. She concluded her address by recognizing local community organizations for their impact.

The meeting adjourned to a social reception in the foyer at 6:36 p.m.
