Mayor McDowell called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

b. Conference with Legal Counsel Anticipated Litigation (Closed Session Pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(D)(2) and (4)) - 1 Case
4. REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Greg Rubens reported Council’s unanimous approval to join in the lawsuit titled County of San Mateo versus State of California.
