a. Closed Session Regarding the Appointment of a Public Employee Pursuant to Paragraph (1) of Subdivision (b) of Government Code §54957 for City Manager.
b. Closed Session Conference with Labor Negotiators Black, Mendenhall, Rodriquez, and Rubens Pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54957.6 for City Manager.
