Mayor Venkatesh called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

b. Conference with Legal Counsel Anticipated Litigation (Closed Session Pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(D)(2)-(5) - 1 Case
c. Closed Session Regarding the Appointment of a Public Employee Pursuant to Paragraph (1) of Subdivision (b) of Government Code Section 54957 for City Manager.
d. Conference with Labor Negotiators Black and Mason - (Closed Session Pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54957.6) - City Manager.
