Mayor Venkatesh called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

a. Conference with Labor Negotiators Blackburn, Cue, Mendenhall, Rodriguez and Rubens (Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6) – Management Group, Confidential Group, Local 829 American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (“AFSCME”), and Teamsters Unit.
b. Public Employee Performance Evaluation - Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(B)(1) - City Attorney.
c. Conference with Labor Negotiator Blackburn– (Closed Session Pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54957.6) – City Attorney.
