Mayor Venkatesh called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.

a. Conference with Labor Negotiators Blackburn, Cue, Mendenhall, Rodriguez and Zafferano (Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6) Local 829 American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (“AFSCME”) Unit.
b. Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation (Closed Session Held Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(A)); Gabb vs. City of San Carlos, San Mateo Superior Court Case No. 23-CIV-05608.
