An Adjourned Regular Meeting of the San Clemente City Council was called to order by Mayor James on June 21 , 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in the San Clemente Community Center Auditorium, located at 100 N. Calle Seville, San Clemente.

MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER WARD, SECOND BY MAYOR PRO TEM
DUNCAN, CARRIED 5-0, to hear Oral Communications and continue the meeting to July 19, 2022.

Art with Religious Imagery
Amanda Q presented a PowerPoint relating to art with religious imagery. A hard copy of the presentation is on file with the City Clerk.

Commission and Committee Appointments
Rick Loeffler opined that Council should be non-partisan when selecting candidates for City Commissions and Committees.
Final Parcel Map 2021-188 (Agenda Item 4E)
Mark McGuire, San Clemente, spoke on the consequences of delaying Item 4E - Final Parcel Map 2021-188-Artis Memory Care facility at 2401 Calle Frontera.
Campaign Finance Contributions
Mike (no last name provided), San Clemente, commented on campaign finance contribution limits and potential impacts on new candidates.

MOTION BY MAYOR JAMES, SECOND BY COUNCILMEMBER WARD,
CARRIED 5-0, to adjourn at 5:25 p.m., to an Adjourned Regular Meeting to be held on July 19, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. for the purpose of conducting interviews and appointments for the Human Affairs Committee. Part 1 of the Business Meeting will commence at 5:00 p.m. and Closed Session will begin at 6:00 p.m. Part 2 of the Business Meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Community Center Auditorium, located at 100 N.
