The Public Safety Town Hall Meeting/Special City Council Meeting of October 26, 2022 was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
1. Town Hall Meeting to Discuss Public Safety Matters within the Ci~ of San Clemente

The panelists shared information relating to their philosophies, goals, and statistics relating to matters of public safety. Additionally, panelists responded to written inquiries from the public which included the following topics: burglary patterns, safety tips, enforcement of recreational vehicle parking regulations and associated issues, homeless outreach efforts, enforcement of various activities in which homeless persons may and may not engage with an emphasis on constraints imposed by the Martin v. Boise decision, benefits and disadvantages of Family Assistance Ministries, and illegal substance activity.
