SECOND AMENDMENT TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
SUMMER TROLLEY TRANSIT OPERATIONS SERVICES
This Second Amendment to Professional Consultant Services Agreement for Summer Trolley Operations Services (this “Second Amendment”) is made and entered into on this 20th day of December, 2022, by and between the CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, a California municipal corporation (“City”), and LAZ Parking California (“Consultant”).
R E C I T A L S:
A. City and Consultant entered into that certain Professional Consultant Services Agreement for Summer Trolley Operations Services (the “Agreement”) on April 2, 2019.
B. City and Consultant desire to amend the Agreement in the manner provided herein.
C O V E N A N T S:
Exhibit A remains unchanged.
Exhibit B of the Agreement is hereby amended to include the 2023 Trolley season, which shall include:
x Saturday and Sunday service for the entire year, except on Christmas Day. x Daily service between Memorial Day weekend through the final weekend in September.
Except as expressly amended by this Second Amendment, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
