A Special Meeting of the San Clemente City Council was called to order by Mayor Duncan on December 13, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at 910 Calle Negocio, 2nd Floor, San Clemente.

Councilmember Enmeier led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Amanda Q displayed a PowerPoint presentation, welcomed new Councilmembers and thanked Councilmember Ferguson for her support. A hard copy of the presentation is on file with the City Clerk
CLOSED SESSION
MOTION BY MAYOR PRO TEM KNOBLOCK, SECOND BY MAYOR DUNCAN, CARRIED 5-0, to recess to Closed Session at 4:05 p.m., to discuss the following:
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT

City Attorney Smith reported that no reportable action was taken during Closed Session.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER ENMEIER, SECOND BY COUNCILMMEBER JAMES, CARRIED 5-0, to adjourn at 5:12 p.m. The next Regular Council Meeting is scheduled to take place on December 20, 2022. Part 1 of the Business Meeting will commence at 5:00 p.m. and Closed Session will begin at 6:00 p.m. Part 2 of the Business Meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers, located at 910 Calle Negocio, 2nd Floor, San Clemente.
