A Special Meeting of the San Clemente City Council was called to order by Mayor Duncan on December 21 , 2022 at 2:13 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at 910 Calle Negocio, 2nd Floor, San Clemente.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Duncan led the Pledge of Allegiance.
1. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Concerned Resident voiced concern with the length of time it is taking to get the results of the sound study at San Gorgonio Park.
2. CLOSED SESSION
MOTION BY MAYOR PRO TEM KNOBLOCK, SECOND BY COUNCILMEMBER ENEMEIER, CARRIED 4-0 (COUNCILMEMBER JAMES ABSENT), to recess to Closed Session at 2:19 p.m., to discuss the following:
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT

3. CLOSED SESSION REPORT - CITY ATTORNEY
No reportable action was taken during Closed Session.
4. ADJOURNMENT
By unanimous vote, Council adjourned at 6:55 p.m. The next Regular Council Meeting is scheduled to take place on January 17, 2023. Closed Session will begin at 5:00 p.m. and the Regular Business Meeting will begin at 6:00 The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers, located at 910 Calle Negocio, 2nd Floor, San Clemente.
Note: The Regular meeting of January 3, 2023 was previously cancelled.
